Erika has 25 years experience teaching and training dressage. She has had her young rider students invited (qualify), and participate in the USDF Young Rider clinics 6 times. Erika trained for two years with Michael Poulin in her Early 20's, before that She had an extensive background in combined training, hunters, and jumpers. Erika grew up on a horse farm and has been riding since 5. However, once she was bitten with the dressage bug that was it, she was hooked. Erika has her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals and is a USDF L Program Graduate with distinction. She has participated in clinics with Scott Hassler, Michael Klimke, Linda Zang, Betsy Steiner, and Max Gaywyler (and many more).She has Qualified and been invited to the USDF Trainers Symposiums and earned her USDF Bronze Medal in the USDF University Program, all in the pursuit of knowledge which is ongoing as dressage is the most humbling and inspiring sport one can pursue.
